Ogl Doll’s are the fabulous creations of local Illustrator, Emma Hodgson. The Ogl Dolls start life as sketchbook illustrations and are then brought to life in the form of delightful plush toys which are hand sewn by Emma.
Emma came to James Rodgers because her customers were asking for copies of the illustration that inspired the Ogl Doll they’d purchased. There is only one illustration of each doll, so this posed a problem.
From Emma’s sketchbook, James Rodgers carefully scanned each illustration. These were then printed and individually mounted so that Emma’s customers would have the full story of each Ogl Doll – from conception to birth!
